At Mond Photography we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
We manually correct each picture and review the picture after being printed for quality assurance.

We stand behind our finished product and will offer a 100% refund including the shipping costs if you are not completely satisfied with your picture.

The 100% refund only applies to picture prints not digital images or other non print items. To receive your refund the following process must be followed :

1) Send an email to mitch@mondphoto.com informing us that you will be returning a picture
2) Cut the picture up and mail it back in a standard envelope (The 41 cent stamp will not be refunded)
3) The returned item must be postmarked within 14 days of when it was receieved
